I love this UNIF middle finger tee, it's fierce as a goth-inclined teenage model high on their own good looks. To take it out of adolescent territory I would add the sharp Rupert Sanderson heels and single statement Eddie Borgo ring in black. The bright Marc by Marc Jacobs bucket bag and round shaded amp up the 90s factor, adding the sense of fun without losing the polish. Natch!
